About Vine

Vine Energy was established in 2021 following the combination of privately held predecessor companies Vine Oil & Gas, Brix Oil & Gas Holdings and Harvest Royalties, creating the leading, pure-play Haynesville natural gas company. The company completed an initial public offering in March 2021 and is listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “VEI”.

We hold an average operated working interest of 83% in 227,000 net effective acres in the core of the Haynesville Basin and produce approximately 1 Bcf per day mainly across Sabine, DeSoto and Red River parishes in North Louisiana. Approximately 84% of our surface acreage is prospective for dual zone development from the Haynesville and Mid-Bossier shales, two of the most prolific natural gas resources plays in North America, and these overpressured reservoirs deliver industry leading margins and unparalleled, exceptional productivity.

Vine is an ESG leader which produces 100% natural gas because we believe profoundly in the role it will play in meeting the rapid growth in global demand for cleaner, sustainable, reliable and affordable energy, attributes that will enhance quality of life and reshape the world’s delicate ecosystems.

The company is led by our Chairman and CEO, Eric Marsh. Alongside him is the best technical team in the industry, a group of veteran oil & gas executives with a long track record of best-in-class operations and years of Haynesville experience stemming back to the earliest wells drilled in the basin.

Our management team has extensive experience operating in U.S. conventional and shale resource plays and have collectively managed the drilling and completion of over 1,000 horizontal onshore oil & gas wells while continually implementing new drilling, completion and production technologies.

Our strategy to return value to shareholders hinges upon these fundamental principles:

  • Optimize capital efficiency
  • Generate leveraged free cash flow
  • Protect the balance sheet
  • Return capital to shareholders
  • Position ourselves as basin champion
  • Focus on a clean energy footprint
